ＭＩＮＩたい焼き、美味しかったです。
サービスに不満はありませんが、改善して欲しい事を３つ挙げます。
・営業前には出庫作業は完了していて欲しい。
⇒路駐トラックが出入口の視覚を作っている。
・Ｗｅｂ予約サイトにて予約受付Ｍａｉｌを送って欲しい。
⇒予約が受付られたか否かを、結局、電話確認しなくてはならない。
・ＭＩＮＩ敷地内をレクサス車が高速で通過する…
⇒運転マナーの問題（徐行すべき所だと思う）だが、
事故が起きてからでは遅いと思う。
 I used it for a 12-month inspection.
MINI Taiyaki was delicious.
I'm not dissatisfied with the service, but here are three things I would like to see improved.
・ I want the delivery work to be completed before business.
⇒ Roadside trucks make the entrance and exit vision.
・ Please send a reservation reception email on the Web reservation site.
⇒ After all, you have to confirm by phone whether the reservation has been accepted.
・ Lexus cars pass at high speed on the MINI site ...
⇒It is a problem of driving manners (I think it should be slowed down),
I think it's too late after the accident.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ きちんと画像をみせて説明していただけるし、不透明を感じないので安心できます。入りやすい店舗で案内もスムーズ、飲み物やお菓子まで出してくれます。
You can show the image properly and explain it, and you can rest assured that you do not feel opaque. The store is easy to enter, and the guidance is smooth, and even drinks and sweets are served.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他の系列店で購入したミニが200km程度走行後、走行中エラー表示。購入店が若干遠かったためミニ港南台へ点検の為に車を入庫した。親身になって対応して頂き、とても安心した。購入した店舗からは謝罪の一報もなく系列店でもこんなに対応が異なる事が解り、勉強にもなった。
認定と言う文字には気をつけましょう。
After the mini purchased at another affiliated store has traveled for about 200km, an error message is displayed while driving. Since the shop where I bought it was a little far away, I put the car in the mini Konandai for inspection. I was very relieved to have you take care of me. There was no apology from the store where I purchased it, and I learned that the correspondence was so different even at affiliated stores, which was a great learning experience.
Be careful with the word "certification".
