柳	柳下邦夫 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 人口水草を買おうとレジにいったが店員同士お喋りをしていてすいませんと言ったらようやく気が付き購入する事が出来た! 平日で暇な時間帯でお喋りをしていたのだろうがもっとお客を大事にしてもらいたい! 少し気分が悪かった! 熱帯魚も他のアクアショップよりも少し安く種類もまあ多いが熱帯魚の状態はここで買った事無いのでわからない! I went to the cash register to buy artificial aquatic plants, but when I said I'm sorry that the clerk was talking to each other, I finally realized that I was able to buy it! I think I was talking on weekdays during my free time, but I want you to take more care of your customers! I felt a little sick! k	kkk sss on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 海水魚コーナーはコロナ以降「買わない人はお断り」みたいな看板出しててちょっと覗くのも憚られるくらいになってしまった。ただ一番はおっさんの店員がかなり愛想が悪い。というか口調も威圧感凄くて本当に売る気あるの？って感じ。ホームセンターの中では海水魚の種類も豊富で良かったのですが、もうここで買うことはないかな。 Since Corona, the saltwater fish corner has a sign like "People who don't buy it are not allowed", and it's hard to take a peek. マ	マイスモーヒー on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここは子供と絶対に行ってはいけないお店。水槽に近付くたけで店員に叱られます。覗いてもダメです。喜んでる子供に、こら、ダメでしょ！って、注意されたときは人生初でキレそうになりましたが、グッとこらえました。子供が怖がってこのホームセンターに行くのを毎回嫌がります。好きだったお魚ももう興味がなくなってしまったみたいです。お魚のお店には行かないから安心して、と言わないと子供は泣いてホームセンターに行こうとしません。店員は最低です。子供に注意をする割には、店員同士でくっちゃべってます。お客なんかどうでもいいんでしょう。日本で一番最悪最低なお店です。メダカを10匹買いましたが、5日目で半分がうごんこ病になり、2週間目で全滅しました。管理は非常に悪いです。店員は呼んでもこないし、裏でスマホいじってサボってるし、とにかくバイト？の女の子とおしゃべりずっとしてますね。注意するときだけ出てきます。酷い会社だなほんと This is a shop that you should never go with your children. フ	フルメタ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここ最近お店の雰囲気が変わった気がします。以前よりも管理、接客ともに良くなったかな。生体はベーシックな入門から、謎の珍カラがいたり、たまに除くと面白いこがいたりします。水草は入門レベル、がっつりレイアウト水槽とかを考えるなら物足りないかも。 I feel that the atmosphere of the store has changed recently. s	sa o on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 数年前に訪ねたときは暗い店舗に悲惨な管理状態でと二度といくことはありませんでした。リニューアルしたとのことで久しぶりにいったところ、店内は明るく、どの水槽も清潔にキープされていました。ホームセンター内でもあるので珍しい魚はいないです。価格は標準的だと思います。スタッフさんの対応も問題なかったです。 When I visited a few years ago, I never went to a dark store again with miserable management. When I went to the store for the first time in a while because it was renewed, the inside of the store was bright and all the aquariums were kept clean. There are no rare fish because it is also in the home improvement store. I think the price is standard. There was no problem with the staff's response.
