自分の言葉に責任がないみたいで、、、。
内見ができないタイプだったので、担当の方の言葉を信じて入居前に色々と買った結果、買ったものが入らない状況になってしまいました。(サイズオーバーです)
こちらは2人で担当の方の言葉を聞いていたのでお問い合わせをしましたが、そのようなことは言っていない、この後の対応は違う会社の方に電話をしてくださいとだけ。
後々考えれば、契約を決めて欲しいがために口先だけの言葉だったのかもしれません。
謝罪の言葉もなく、呆れてしまいました。
これからお部屋捜しをご検討中の方は同じ思いをしてほしくないので注意をしていただきたいです。
もう一生行きたくないと思いました。
