★ ★ ★ ★ ★ この地に峰山城跡なる碑が存在することをネットで知った。現地に訪れてはみたが、初めての訪問では場所が特定できなかった。あとで地図を調べて分かったことだが、今は畑になっていて奥まったところに石碑が存在していたため見落としていた。徳川時代になってから、藩主は京極氏に代わり、初代高通（たかみち）は、元和10年（1624）、お国入りをして、城下町をつくり、峯山町と改称した。このころになると、城砦の必要が無くなったので、山城を廃して藩主の居館（御陣屋）・御蔵・表門・侍屋敷・御粗長屋等を造った。その陣屋跡を峰山城と呼んだそうだ。
I learned on the internet that there was a monument called Mineyama Castle. I tried to visit the site, but I couldn't identify the location on the first visit. Later I found out by examining the map, but now I overlooked it because it was a field and there was a monument in the back. In the Tokugawa era, the lord replaced Kyogoku, and the first Takamichi entered the country in 1624, created a castle town, and was renamed Karasuyama. Around this time, the need for a fort disappeared, so the Yamashiro was abolished and the lord's residence (Ojinya), Mikura, Omomon, Tsujiyashiki, Oruchoya were built. The Jinya ruins are called Mineyama Castle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 峰山城跡」があったなんて･･･全く知りませんでした。今は畑になっているようですが、どんな形の城でも人が住み今も昔も人々達の生活がこの土地にはあったことの証明になりますね。
I didn't know that there was "Mineyama Castle Ruins" ... It seems to be a field now, but it is a proof that people lived in any shape of castle and people's lives were in this land both now and in the past.
