★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 年末旅行の道中で立ち寄りました。温かいシイタケ蕎麦を注文しました。シイタケは厚みがあり歯応えがあり美味しかったですが、蕎麦は家で茹でて食べるものと変わらないです。のれんや店内の雰囲気は良いのですが。。。接客は良かったです。
 We stopped by during the year-end trip. I ordered warm shiitake soba. Shiitake mushrooms were thick, crunchy and delicious, but soba noodles are no different from what you boil and eat at home. Good atmosphere in the shop and goodwill. . . The service was good.

It was delicious soba. It was a dark soba with thin skin ground together. The plum boiled ayu is also excellent.

古い建物です。お庭には、井戸水が流れています。小上がりに、上がらせていただきました。
美味い！ （かなりもっちりな、重たい感じの蕎麦。もり の のりは多すぎる。 出しは、角がまったくない。）
とろろ汁とご飯がメニューにあるので、自分でとろろご飯を組み立てる。ご飯の添え物らしい海苔の佃煮が美味。ご飯としては高いが。
初めてでしたら、もりそば大盛り一択をお勧めします。
わさびや天ぷらに走るのは、蕎麦の味を確かめてからどうぞ！
味噌おでんも 有りました。

delicious! (Soba that is quite chewy and heavy. There is too much glue on the mori. There are no horns on the side.)
Tororo soup and rice are on the menu, so assemble the tororo rice yourself. The tsukudani seaweed, which seems to be a side dish of rice, is delicious. Although it is expensive for rice.
If this is your first time, we recommend choosing a large serving of Morisoba.
Please check the taste of soba before running on wasabi or tempura!
There was also miso oden.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ そばは素朴でガッシリした噛みごたえがある。量もやや多め。汁の返しは甘味が強目。お蕎麦にしいたけの煮付けが乗っているのが嬉しい。ただ、好き嫌いがあるので人は選ぶかも？
特筆すべきはわさび。自分でおろすスタイル(そうではないメニューもある)で、新鮮で美味しい。そばが茹で上がる前にセットを持ってきてくれるので、慌てる事もなく磨れる。
The buckwheat is simple and has a chewy texture. The amount is also a little large. The sweetness of the juice is strong. I'm glad that the soba noodles are boiled with shiitake mushrooms. However, there are likes and dislikes, so people may choose.
Wasabi is worth mentioning. It's a self-grated style (some menus aren't), fresh and delicious. They bring the set before the soba is boiled, so you can polish it without any hassle.

出汁は甘めで美味しいが蕎麦は家で茹でる乾麺と同じ。
天ぷらに髪の毛混入。
Not recommended for the following reasons:
Waiting time is 45 minutes for two customers.
The soup stock is sweet and delicious, but the soba is the same as the dried noodles boiled at home.
Hair mixed in tempura.
