★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can taste a bit more buckwheat flavor in their soba. Both hot and cold soba are good, I personally love the tamagotoji (soup soba covered with fluffy egg). All the tofu are good. And the dessert, have to go for the dessert!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Authentic Japanese food (well, it IS in Japan, so...)! We came here right after our train arrived. We didn't expect anything amazing and just planned to have something for lunch. The food amazed us and we all love the noodle and tempura. My wife and I both agree that next time we are in Japan, we'd be back here if we are going to Shimoda again. The only thing need to be noted, they do NOT have english menu at the time, get your google translate app ready if you don't speak Japanese.
