★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここの新鮮な鶏肉は最高。築地で言いうと宮川、場外市場でいうと鳥籐が有名ですが、個人的には「港や」がお勧めです。普段はこの小さな店舗の中で鳥を捌き提供されています。道にテーブルが出て、そこで鶏肉のもも、胸、手羽元などいろいろそろいます。いえば大抵の部位がでますし。アイガモなども言えば出てきます。

大きめのぶつ切りにして、軽く塩してオーブン(焼き魚器も可)で焼くだけでジューシーな焼き鳥の出来上がりです。
