M	M S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 何でこんなに口コミが悪いんだろうと見てみたら、皆さん受付の対応で評価下げているんですね。確かに受付は酷かったです。外注なんだろうけど、人そっくり入れ替えたらどうですか？って先生に言いかけたことあります。あまりの怒りで。でも、最近古株1人を残して変わりましたよね。それからは嫌な思いしてないです（と言うか、ここの受付では嫌な思いをさせられる前提で行くから、ハードルが下げられてるだけかも）笑顔で対応してくれる方もいますし。以前なら考えられないことです。先生は余計な薬を出さず（抗生剤で誤魔化さない）必要な薬はきちんと出してくれますし、お二方とも症状や今後の治療方針、起こりうる症状など丁寧に説明してくれます。受付の対応も変わりましたし、これから病院の評価が上がってくれるといいのですが。これでは先生方が気の毒です。 When I wondered why the word-of-mouth communication was so bad, everyone was downgrading it due to the response from the receptionist. い	いあ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前、14：00に予防接種の予約が入ってた。13：01に、ここの受付から電話があり出れなかったので５分後にかけ直したら、この時間帯は電話受け付けてないと言われた。電話が5分前にかかってきたと伝えたら、キャンセルがあったので早めにきても大丈夫とのこと。接種が終わり受付で会計最中13：00以降は電話するなと怒られた。そちらから13時にかけてきたから心配でかけ直しただけなのに、どういうことでしょうか。。。　受付最悪。。 Previously, I had an appointment for vaccination at 14:00. A	Ai Wa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ おふたりとも、とても素敵な先生です。症状をしっかりと見てくれて、納得できるように丁寧に説明をしてくれます。こちらから質問もしやすい雰囲気です。元々のかかりつけの小児科が休みだったためこちらに行きましたが、あまりの丁寧さに感動してこちらに通うようになりました。優しい雰囲気のため子供も怖がらず通えていて、感謝しています。 Both are very nice teachers. They will take a close look at your symptoms and explain them carefully so that you can be convinced. The atmosphere is easy to ask questions from here. I went here because my original pediatrics was off, but I was impressed by the politeness and started going here. I am grateful that my children are not afraid to go there because of the gentle atmosphere.
