At lunch, it seems that 680 yen noodles are accompanied by fresh spring rolls. It was a delicious restaurant with a cheap and simple taste. I want to visit again.

The store is fully revived as a Vietnamese home cooking mandarin cafe in front of Funabashi City Hall with the support of enthusiastic fans! The cook was THE for the first time in 13 years, but the taste is still alive.

I came near to work, so I searched for a restaurant to eat lunch and found it. Looking at the outside menu, I entered the store if it looked good. It seems that a woman is cutting up by herself. There are Japanese women and Vietnamese women in the patrons, and they are talking to each other. I feel good at home. The woman who is the owner doesn't seem to be very good at Japanese, but he explained the menu very hard. It is good. Personality also appears in cooking, so expectations grow. I chose "Bun Bo Hue & Spring Roll Set" for lunch menu. It seems that you can adjust the spiciness. Also, if you make a special, meat dumplings and pork legs will be topped. It's a big deal, so it's special. I also asked for Vietnamese coffee after eating. Pho is a popular dish in Japan, but Bung Bo Hue is the first one. The noodles are made of rice flour with a round cross section and are smooth. The soup stock is moderate and the taste is gentle. Although it was an assari, it was a delicious soup with a rich taste. The ingredients are bean sprouts, meat and green onions. The meat is a crunchy type and has a seasoned flavor with gravy. Seasoning that does not destroy the taste of the soup. I really liked it. The meat dumplings with the special toppings have a wonderful taste, and I thought that the meat dumplings alone would be enough to eat rice. It is handmade to hear. It seems that you can use only meat balls without pork legs. The fresh spring rolls are packed with ingredients and contain shrimp. The fresh spring roll sauce is smooth type. Usually, fresh spring rolls have a sweetness because they have a thick throat, but this one has less sweetness. I like it. I think desserts are also handmade. I could feel the flavor of coconut and the scent was ethnic. The sweetness is modest and delicious. I drank Vietnamese coffee after eating. I usually drink coffee in black, but I heard that people over here would add sugar and milk, so I asked them to add it according to the site. Is it boiled like Chai? It came out with the taste adjusted, not afterwards. The coffee had a slightly bitter taste, and the richness of milk and the sweetness of sugar were moderately delicious. It might have been too bitter for black. I have eaten Vietnamese food many times, but considering the price and taste, I thought it was a good restaurant. If you think that it was 1090 yen after you ate this much, it would be a good restaurant that is not quite there. I visited at lunch time. I ordered a set of pho and fresh spring rolls. You can choose the topping of pho, so choose chicken. Cheesecake was also included in the dessert. A cheerful and energetic woman is working alone, so it took some time to serve when it was crowded. Both the pho and the spring rolls were delicious. The inside of the store is very casual.

I really like this shop. It's small and food isn't coming out early. After asking, you can hear the sound of a ton ton knife in the back. No matter what you eat, it tastes polite and gentle. And the proprietress was a very nice Vietnamese person who smiled. Funabashi has a lot of Vietnamese food, but we recommend it.

At lunch, I ate a chicken cooked set! It was really good! It was a busy time, so it seemed difficult to turn it in one operation .... It took 10 minutes from entering the store to passing the order lol I will go again when I have time!
