★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 淡路の季節の魚とお野菜を頂くことができ、何を食べても美味しいので淡路にいくと必ず立ち寄るお店で重宝しています。
メニューも凄く多くて、また新しく増えていくので、料理へのあくなき挑戦を感じますし、何度行ってもわくわくします。（ここなら食べれるメニューや、置いてる食材があるといいますか）
鱧の天ぷら（鱧の玉子あんかけ付）は目からうろこでした。
女将さんの接客もいいですよ◎
 You can have seasonal fish and vegetables in Awaji and you can eat whatever you want, so be sure to visit Awaji as surely as you can.
The menu is also quite a lot and it will be new again, so I feel a challenging afternoon to cooking and I am excited even if I go there many times. (Do you say that there are menus that can be eaten here, and the ingredients you have?)
Tempura (with egg with egg of egg) was scaled from the eyes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昨年の夏に続いて２回目の訪問で、今回は三年とらふぐコースを予約しました。紅さんを楽しみに南あわじまでドライブしても、期待以上の内容で今回も大満足でした！
いっしょに淡路牛のヒレステーキも予約できこちらもさすが「食の宝庫」淡路島でした。
最後に出されるアイスクリームまで、文句なしのおいしさで、女将さんの丁寧な接客にも言うことなしです。
女子トイレも、キレイでかわいい女将さんのセンスと心遣いが光っていました。
季節ごとに訪れたいお店です。
Following the summer of last year, I made a second visit and booked a 3 year tiger roll course this time. Even if I drive to Minami-Awaji to look forward to Mr. Kure, I was satisfied with this content even more than expected!
We could also book Awaji beef fillet steak with us but it was "A treasure house of food" Awajishima.
To the ice cream to be issued at the end, with no complaints of taste, it is a matter of being a polite customer of Mr. Genjos.
The lady's toilet was also beautiful and cute little lady's sense and thought was shining.
It is a shop I'd like to visit every season.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初孫と娘夫婦を連れて美味いものツアー。淡路島といえば、生しらす丼とか、淡路島バーガーとかタコせんべいとか、皆が知るグルメを堪能してきましたが、今頃になって３年とらふぐの存在を知り、このお店にお邪魔しました。宿だけは有名リゾートチェーンのホテルを予約しましたが、夕食はここと決め、孫がいるので個室をとってもらいました。
いやぁ、美味い。大阪風に言うとてっさ、ふぐ刺しも何十年ぶりに美味しかったです。やっぱりブランドふぐですね。ここから始まったどの料理も、凝っているというよりは、丁寧に、真面目につくっていることがわかります。日本酒に堪能な女将の助言もあり、料理だけでなくお酒も楽しみましたし、心地よい時間を過ごしました。地元の方々だけでなく、私達も共有したいお店です。次も楽しみです。因みに淡路牛も絶品ですよ！
A delicious tour with the first grandchild and daughter and couple. Speaking of Awajishima, I've been enjoying live bowls, Awajishima burger and octopus rice crackers, everyone knows about gourmet, but now I know about the existence of Jugyu for 3 years and got in the way of this shop. Only reservation booked hotel of famous resort chain, but we decided dinner here and got private room because there are grandchild.
Wow, it's delicious. When saying Osaka style, it was tasty, it was delicious for the first time in decades. After all it is brand Fugu. You can see that any dishes that started from here are carefully and seriously made rather than fancy. There was advice of fluffy fluffy fluke generalist, we enjoyed not only dishes but also sake, and we had a pleasant time. Not only the local people, but also the shops we want to share. I am looking forward to the next one. Incidentally Awaji cattle is also excellent!

地元で人気の料理屋ということで予約してもらった。
さすが淡路島、魚も野菜も新鮮である。グルメ仲間が
大将に、酢の物の酢は○○（某大阪超有名店）と同じかと聞いたところ「同じレシピです」とのこと。女将さんも気が利き、オヤジ達大喜び。またゴルフの後は訪問したい

When I heard that general vinegar of vinegared thing is the same as ○ ○ (certain Osaka super-famous shop), it is "same recipe". The lady general is also nice, and the delight of the fellows. I also want to visit after golf

このお刺身の為に南淡路に行きたくなるぐらいですよ?
その後出てくる料理全て大満足でとっても幸せな気持ちになれました?

正直に言います・・・こんな美味しい日本食は食べた事がありません！！！というくらい美味しいです(^_^)

味は大変おいしく、盛り付けも美しく、毎回大満足です！！淡路の食材を堪能したい方はぜひ訪れてみてください。
