ラ	ラルレオ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 福島市内に用事があり、お昼ご飯を食べに埼玉県白岡に本店を持つコチラに初訪。コンビニでもカップ麺になっている有名店の支店です。有名店なのでお昼時を外し13時に訪問。店内は私含め2組のみ。混んでると思いましたが平日の昼過ぎなので空いていたのでしょうか。初訪なのでお店定番の中華そばを注文。麺がオススメみたいなので麺量は（中）を注文。 ※麺量は小1玉、中2玉、大3玉です ※メニューによっては小のみの場合あり注文から約7〜8分で着丼。魚節の香りが良い。スープを一口飲もうとしましたがかなり熱々。表面に脂の膜があり熱を閉じ込めてます。所謂、旭川ラーメンの手法ですかね。お店のHPにもありましたが最後まで熱々でした。麺はストレート麺ですが店名の様にモチモチ。すすり心地も良い感じ。スープは最初は節のインパクトもあり、美味しく感じましたが食べ進むうちに節粉のザラザラが舌に残り、脂がキツくなり… 全体的にはメンマやチャーシューも美味しくいただけましたが食べ進めると飽きが来てしまいました。私的に中華そばが美味しく食べられる麺量は小がちょうど良さそうです。 I have a business in Fukushima city, First visit to this place, which has its head office in Shiraoka, Saitama Prefecture, for lunch.
