S	SMJ GNRL on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 関東～新潟の往路で必ず利用しています。駐車場も広く、設備も整っていて非常に便利です。併設された公園区画も広いし、よく家族連れが利用しているのを見掛けます。道の駅の敷地内や近くの田圃からは夜間になると天の川も観れて撮影することも出来ます。周囲の視界がひらけており、四季折々の景色も楽しめます。春先からGW頃、雪山と田植えの様子を眺めつつ、道の駅でのんびりするのが楽しみの１つです。 I always use it on the outbound route from Kanto to Niigata. The parking lot is large and well equipped, which is very convenient. The park area is also large, and I often see it used by families. At night, you can see the Milky Way and take pictures from the grounds of the roadside station or from the nearby rice fields. The view of the surroundings is open, and you can enjoy the scenery of each season. One of the pleasures is to relax at the roadside station while watching the snowy mountains and rice planting from early spring to around GW.

I was impressed with how delicious the rice was because I had freshly cooked Koshihikari rice. The local gourmet Kirizai-don was good. We also recommend rice balls and bento boxes at the direct sales office. Tenkamai is recommended as a souvenir.
T	TTT III on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 上越国際の帰りに立ち寄り。新潟の特産品が揃う道の駅。野菜は少なめ？もっと早い時間に行けばたくさんあったのかも。せんべいなど米の加工品がいろいろ。その土地の色が出てるお弁当や総菜などを買うのもお楽しみの一つ。ここではおにぎり、炊込みご飯と稲荷、おかずにから揚げを購入。やっぱり米どころ新潟、米の存在感が違うね。味噌が付いていないところも甘くて旨い。白米にお新香詰めただけでも買ったと思う。デザートには栗クリームパン。ほのかに栗の風味がする甘さ控えめのクリーム。ご馳走様。 Stop by on the way back from Joetsu Kokusai.
