ローカル感強くない事を祈りながら入店。
スタッフさん全員愛想も良くとてもいい対応。
メニューも豊富で期待感が増す。
いざ食べてみるとそれほどでも無いクオリティ。
例えば、鶏の心臓は塩辛すぎて食べれたもんじゃなかったです。それでも勿体無いから頑張って食べようと思いましたが無理でした。
その他も食べれないほど塩分強いものが多数。
北海道ホッケ。
北海道産の大きなトロホッケを想像してたけど、割と小ぶりなホッケ。
サイズはいいとしても、焼き加減が焼きすぎてて硬かった。
あの塩分が怖くて二度と行きません。

When I try to eat it, the quality is not that bad.
For example, the heart of a chicken was too salty to eat. Even so, I thought I'd try my best to eat it, but it was impossible.
Many others are too salty to eat.
Hokkaido hockey.
I imagined a large Toro-hockey from Hokkaido, but it's a relatively small one.
Even if the size was good, it was hard because it was overbaked.
I'm so scared of that salt that I'll never go again.
