M	MAT on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昔からちょくちょく行くお店。お味は良いです。メニューは赤身肉はバラのみ。カルビやハラミ、ロースなんてありません。でもね、そのバラが美味い。サシの入った上質の赤身。タンも絶品。他店は冷凍のタンをスライサーで極薄に切るが、ここは生のタンを厚切り。内臓系も良い。ホルモンはジューシーながら重たくなく、レバーも新鮮。タレは味噌ベースのこってり系。ただ、無煙ロースターではなく、ガスのグリルで焼くので煙はもくもく。客層も常連(地元のおっさんや消防団)がほとんどで、小さなお子さんがいる家族や初めて行く人にはハードルが高いかも。入ってしまえば奥さんや娘さんがにこやかに迎えてくれます。 A shop that I often go to for a long time.
