西	西山宏一 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 夜中にもかかわらず、迅速に対応して頂き、親族だけでゆっくり静かに見送りたいという思いにも配慮した、非常に誠実な対応に安心しました。葬儀は初めてのことで不安でしたが、担当の井上さんは何事にも丁寧に答えて頂いたので、よく理解できましたし耳の遠い母にも優しく対応して頂くなど、細かな心遣いにうれしく思っています。祭壇も想像以上に綺麗に飾ってくれており、大変満足しています。葬儀では司会の方も、ちょっとした打合せでしたが、父との思い出が浮かんでくるナレーションも良かったですし、スタッフの方々は家庭的な雰囲気で気配りをして頂き、とても落ち着いくことができました。本当に心温まるいいお葬式ができたことに感謝いたします。 Even though it was midnight, I was relieved to have a very sincere response, considering the desire to respond promptly and to see off slowly and quietly only by relatives. I was worried about the funeral for the first time, but Mr. Inoue, who was in charge, answered everything politely, so I could understand it well. I am glad that my mother, who is hard of hearing, kindly responds to me. The altar is also decorated more beautifully than I imagined, and I am very satisfied. At the funeral, the moderator also had a small meeting, but the narration that brought back memories with my father was also good. The staff were very attentive and at home, and I was able to calm down very much. Thank you for having a really heartwarming funeral.
