★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 担当してくださった男性のスタッフさんはわからないことなど丁寧に教えてくださり相談にも乗って頂きました。
ただ駐車場が狭く出し入れは難しかったです。その事を理解されていて、寒い中 女性スタッフさんがずっと外に出て待っていてくださり、出し入れしやすいように誘導してくれました。そのおかげでスムーズに駐車できました。
今日1日ずっと付いてくださり安心して葬儀を終えることができました。心のこもった葬儀となりました。ありがとうございました。
The male staff in charge taught me carefully what I didn't understand and asked me to consult with me.
However, the parking lot was small and it was difficult to get in and out. Understanding that, the female staff went out and waited for me all the time in the cold, and guided me to make it easier to put in and out. Thanks to that, I was able to park smoothly.
I was able to finish the funeral with peace of mind because he stayed with me all day today. It was a heartfelt funeral. Thank you very much.

チラシで見つけ両親の終活の一環でお話を伺いました。
最近、普通の葬儀で葬式を行うよりも低価格で家族だけで行う葬式が一般化していて家族葬というのが流行っているらしい。地元尼崎の葬儀会社だけでなく大阪市内の葬儀会社で見積を取っても明確な価格が分からないという事で価格が明確で低価格の所を探そうと思いコチラのお話を伺いました。親切丁寧に対応に教えて頂いて大変感謝しております。

当初はどの葬儀会社がよいかわからず、ひとまず大手に故人を運んだのですが、そちらの対応に不満があり、花花さんに相談したところ丁寧にご対応いただきました。
最初のお電話でこちらの金銭面の不安を取り除いてくださり、さらには故人を大手葬儀会社から花花さんに移す際などにも融通をきかせてくれました。通夜後の食事が持ち込みOKなのも助かりました。
なによりもスタッフさんたちがアットホームな雰囲気で遺族に寄り添ってくださったのがうれしかったです。ありがとうございました。

At first, I didn't know which funeral company was right for me, so I took the deceased to a major company for the time being, but I was dissatisfied with the response, and when I consulted with Mr. Hanahana, he responded politely.
The first phone call removed my financial concerns, and also gave me the flexibility to move the deceased from a major funeral company to Mr. Hanahana. It was also helpful that I could bring in meals after going to night.
Above all, I was glad that the staff members were close to the bereaved family in a cozy atmosphere. Thank you very much.

湯灌の時もこちらの思いに寄り添って下さり、一緒に作業をさせてもらったり、アロマオイルで保湿をしてもらえとても嬉しかったです。
祭壇のお花もとても素敵で感動しました。
お花の種類も色も飾りかたも今まで見てきた葬儀の中で1番良かったです。
こんなにいい式ができて家族もみんな喜んでいました。
１日1組なので気兼ねなくゆったりと過ごせたところも良かったです。
コロナ禍ということもありますが、食事の持ち込みも有りでどちらも自由に選ばせて頂ける点もとても良かったです。
お通夜当日、参列人数が思っていたよりも少し増えてしまった時や、告別式の直前に少しバタバタすることがあったのですが、いつでも丁寧に対応して下さり助かりました。
スタッフの皆さんには感謝しかありません。またお世話になりたいと思える素敵なお葬式でした。

It was good that I could spend a relaxing time without hesitation because it was one group a day.
It may be a corona sickness, but it was also very nice that you could bring your own meals and choose either one freely.
On the day of the wake, when the number of attendees increased a little more than I expected, and just before the farewell ceremony, I sometimes fluttered a little, but it was always helpful to respond politely.
I'm just grateful to all the staff. It was a wonderful funeral that I would like to take care of again.
