保険証の交付に2カ月要する。私の場合は、約3か月、他の会社では、新人研修において入社手続きの説明やら記載等の時間をとるが、イオンは期日まで作成し、担当者に渡す。その結果、記載漏れや記載間違い等で保険証の交付が、遅れる訳です。又、初めて貰った給料明細書楽しみに中身を確認した所、手当て支給忘れ翌月支給❗️全く理解出来ないと言うよりか飽きれてしまいます。しっかりして下さい。と愚痴りました。
警備隊においては、警備員が報告書提出してもADにおいて事実と異なる報告書を作成し、捏造しオーナーに報告書を提出する。現場の警備員にとっては、困惑しております！以前マスコミに取り上げられた、耐震偽装とかわり無い❗️コンプライアンス守らない会社であります！

終始、優しい笑顔で迅速-親切-丁寧な対応。
