障害者を雇うという特性上、当日欠勤や後日に
も欠勤日を有給変更にするのが可能だが、ここはそうではなかった。
ま、これも普通の会社に近いね。
規律があることで安心できる人、規律が一般雇用に結び付くと本気で思っている人にとっては良い施設。
自分は一般雇用も、そのための訓練も望んでいないので星2つだが、この国の会社組織の中で雇用される事を望む人にとっては決して悪い事業所ではない。
個人的にはキッチリ過ぎてしんどかったなぁ〜

Well, this is also close to an ordinary company.
It is a good facility for those who can feel relieved by having discipline and those who seriously think that discipline leads to general employment.
It's a two-star because I don't want general employment or training for it, but it's not a bad place for anyone who wants to be hired within a company organization in this country.
Personally, it was too tight and it was a pain.
