★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 退去する時にハウスクリーニング代払ってても壁に穴一つ空いてないのに壁紙張り替えなどあれもこれもと約六万位請求されたりします、皆さんお気をつけててください、悪徳ですね経歴劣化は管理会社の問題です、連絡もマトモに寄越さない、立ち会い時に担当が変わるなどいい加減にもほどがあります、他にも苦情沢山聞いて居ます、この会社の不動産はお勧めしません。とんでもない事なりました。

この会社の管理不足で退去することになりましたが、淡々とした心の無い謝罪、挙句の果てには退去の立ち会いをすっぽかされました。かなり辛い思いをしました。
