社員のレベルが低く、話すだけ時間の無駄。話が噛み合わない。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 対応がひどい。賃貸契約者をバカだと思っている。こちらが本当に困っていても無駄に下請け会社に担当を任せたりしてストレスを長引かせたり平気でします。これだと不動産投資してる人達への対応もしれてるなと感じたのでオーナーさん達も可哀想です（下手したら何も知らされずに老後の蓄え崩させて売りつけられているだけなのかも）
Correspondence is terrible. I think the rental contractor is stupid. Even if I'm really in trouble, I don't mind prolonging stress by leaving the person in charge to a subcontractor in vain. I felt that this might be a response to people who are investing in real estate, so I feel sorry for the owners (maybe if I'm not good at it, I'm just selling it by saving up my old age without being informed)
