目の前に公園があって緑が多く、通勤を無視すれば環境は良い。
立地面から考えると家賃は多少高額である。
子供を育てるには良い環境であるが、指定の小学校までは子供の足で25分かかる。
大人の足で、岡町までは20分、緑地公園までは25-30分。バス停までは10分。
積水ハウスなので、作りは問題なし。
