★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 横浜駅西口まで5分程。スーパー、コンビニ、病院が徒歩1分圏内に複数あり便利です。首都高速の横浜西口ランプがすぐ近くに有り、車も利用し易いです。レンタカーの店舗も多く、気軽に利用出来ます。管理組合が南幸町の自治会に加入しており、浅間神社の祭りでは、神輿も出ます。餅つきや運動会、防災訓練など地域のイベントも多いですが、参加される方は少ないですかね。交通の便が良いので住みやすいと思います。

The Yokohama West Exit ramp of the Metropolitan Expressway is nearby, making it easy to use by car. There are many rental car stores, so you can feel free to use it. The management union is a member of the Minamisaiwaicho Neighborhood Association, and a portable shrine is also displayed at the Asama Shrine festival. There are many local events such as rice cake making, athletic meet, and disaster prevention drills, but few people participate. I think it's easy to live in because of the convenient transportation.
