追記
店頭で扱っている鶏肉を、その場でフライにしてもらいました。お肉代に卵、パン粉、揚げ代が少しプラスされますが、メッチャ美味しかった！

ちなみに、生姜焼き用のお肉でミルフィーユカツを揚げてもらいました。
