唐揚げ定食も美味しい！

坦々麺と半ライス頂きましたが、やっぱりどこのお店より菜華のラーメンが美味しかった。
コロナで閉店する飲食店も多いが、
このお店だけは絶対頑張って欲しい。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 限りなく町中華に近い中国料理のお店。
何で町中華と言い切れないかと言うとふかひれ麺や白身魚の甘酢あんかけ等の洒落たメニューもあったり、かたやポピュラーなチャーシュー麺や味噌ラーメンなどがなかったりするので。
年配のご夫婦とたまに娘さん？の3人で切り盛りされてるようでホール担当の奥さんは気が利いていていつも感じが良い対応されてます。
肝心の味の方はというと
グリンピースの代わりに枝豆を配しているチャーハンは六角のお皿に盛られて来る町中華のビジュアル。
しっかり炒めてあって旨いです。野菜がたっぷり入った広東麺や担々麺、サンラー麺はスーラータンメンみたいな感じ（醤油と塩が選べる）と多彩でどれも美味しいし、シンプルな支那そばもシンプルで派手さはないけどほっとするお味。
いつもけっこう混雑しているけどそれも納得。
ランチの麺類には半ライスとお新香替わりに細切りのザーサイがサービスされるのも嬉しい。
他のメニューも気になるものがいっぱいあるので試してみようと思ってます。

Cantonese noodles, dandan noodles, and sunra noodles with plenty of vegetables have a variety of flavors like sour tanmen (soy sauce and salt can be selected), and they are all delicious, and simple Chinese noodles are simple and not flashy, but they have a relaxing taste.
It's always quite crowded, but I'm convinced.
For lunch noodles, it is nice to have half rice and shredded Zha cai instead of new incense.
There are many other menus that interest me, so I'm thinking of trying them out.
