子供達は噴水やふわふわドームで楽しそうに遊んでおり活気があります。
夜には噴水がライトアップされ、とても幻想的です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 西暦1998年に開催された長野冬季オリンピックの施設の跡地を利用した公園で、小さい聖火の模型が置かれています。
昔は駐車場ですが、駐車場が取り壊され、公園になりました。最近できたばかりの公園なので、綺麗で新しく、コロナ禍のためできませんがイベントが開催できそうなお立ち台もあります。
構造的には長野駅東口公園を小さくしたような構造で、避難所としての利用も想定しているのか、木が少なめです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 長野の名刹善光寺に続つ参道で、電線も電柱など景観を崩すものが無くし所々に木製の燈籠が風情を醸したましていました。
その参道沿いにある小さな公園で、確か以前は、長野冬季オリンピックの表彰台が残されていたが、今はそれを記す記念碑だけになり残念です。
写真は園内の小さな噴水で美しい。

善光寺表参道沿いなので綺麗なトイレとパラソル付きのベンチ、水遊びのできる噴水や子どもが遊べる遊具もあり。
更に近隣には１時間¥100〜200程度の有料駐車場も複数あり。
近くの店でテイクアウトしてきたものを食べてもいいですし、観光の休憩地点としてもおすすめです。
