I was able to have a roasted throat (about 30cm)! It was sweet, fragrant, soft, and very delicious. The dipping soup was mellow and delicious. I think I want to go again.

モロコシの天ぷら、枝豆の燻製、鱧、岩牡蠣と季節の食材を美味しくいいただいて来ました。そして、〆の蕎麦？それも茄子の蕎麦風が熱帯夜に涼しさを感じる喉越しで良かったです。
また是非出掛けたいお店になりました。
I was finally able to visit the store I've always wanted to visit.
We have enjoyed sorghum tempura, smoked edamame, conger, rock oysters and seasonal ingredients. And soba noodles? It was good that the soba-style eggplant felt cool on a tropical night.
It has become a shop that I definitely want to visit again.
