F	Fxstc on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前宝介のころはよく行っていたが、石乃黒になり初めての入店。店内はリフォームされ以前あった座敷スペースは塞がれカウンター・テーブルのみに。順番待ち椅子が新設されておりました。宝介のころよりは狭くなりましたね。テーブル席も真ん中にパーテーションがあり下が開いています。向かいの人とは目は合いませんが胸から下が丸見え状態です。味噌豚骨こってりをオーダー。店名が変わったが安定の味で美味しくいただきました。チャーシューもトロトロで自分好み。途中、赤なんば、無料の生卵を投入し更においしくいただくことができました。個人的には赤・青なんばでもいいが宝介の時のニラ南蛮を入れて食べたかった。 I used to go there when I was Hosuke, but I entered Ishinokuro for the first time. The inside of the store has been remodeled and the tatami room that used to exist is closed and only counters and tables are available. A waiting chair was newly installed. It's narrower than when I was Hosuke. The table seats also have a partition in the middle and the bottom is open. I can't see the person on the other side, but I can see the bottom from my chest. I ordered a thick miso pork bone. The name of the restaurant has changed, but the taste is stable and delicious. Char siu is also a toro and I like it. On the way, I put in red Namba and free raw eggs to make it even more delicious. Personally, I could eat red or blue, but I wanted to add the leek nanban from the time of Hosuke.
未	未来時計工房 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 個人的に好きなタイプのラーメン。こってりとあっさりが選べるが、とんこつ味噌あっさりは本当にあっさり。モヤシが多すぎて薄味に感じるのかも。自由に使える南蛮を多めに入れてちょうどいいぐらいか。チャーシューが角煮のような厚さで面白い。お店の中に長椅子があり、行列待ちの人に優しい。 Personally my favorite type of ramen. You can choose rich and light, but the tonkotsu miso is really light. Maybe it feels light because there are too many bean sprouts. Is it just right to put in a lot of Nanban that can be used freely? Char siu is as thick as Kakuni, which is interesting. There is a chaise longue in the shop, which is kind to people waiting in line.
や	やす on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 豚骨醤油と豚骨味噌と牛丼頂きました。ラーメンは美味しいのですが牛丼は具が少なくレトルト感が。牛丼350円は損ですね。チャーシュー丼とかのほうが全然いいと思います。 I had pork bone soy sauce, pork bone miso and beef bowl.
