「ボルセッタイシカワ・ライブキッチン」という名前でインスタグラムでメニューを紹介されています。
こちらで提供されているソースカツ丼ですが、その昔このお店の近くにあった「レストランナリタ」で提供されていたソースカツ丼を再現しているとのこと。
私はそのお店で食べた事はありませんが、親族一同がそのイメージだと言ってたので、再現度は高いと思われます。
それ以外のメニューも、こだわりを感じる美味しい食事が戴けます。
ヴァンガードさんのコーヒーが楽しめるのもポイントが高いですね。

The sauce cutlet bowl offered here is a reproduction of the sauce cutlet bowl offered at "Restaurant Narita", which used to be near this restaurant.
I haven't eaten at that restaurant, but all my relatives said it was the image, so it seems to be highly reproducible.
