店前の気合の入ったPOPに魅入られ、入店。
しかし、実力は本物だった…
頼んだのは限定5食の「真鯛のお月見丼ランチ」。日替わりのおかずは鱧のフライ。950円(税込)。
まず、お茶が香ばしさと甘みのバランスが良く、美味しい。3年番茶と書いてあり、生産～商品になるまで3年かけているとのこと。
お味噌汁の中のワカメも美味しい。おそらく、これも良いワカメなんだだろうな。適当な味噌汁でお茶を濁すお店が多い中、これだけ気合を入れてくるとは。横のご婦人も「美味しいです」と店員さんに伝えていたが、自分もうんうんと頷くのみ。
そして看板の生卵をぱきっと割ると、濃ゆいこと濃ゆいこと。ビジュアルだけで旨いと分かるが、真鯛の上にたらーりとかけると、濃厚さがアップし、食が進む。これはたまらん。おかずの鱧のフライがこってりしているので、それとのバランスも良し。
他のランチも試してみたくなった。久々に良店に会えた。
この店構えだから、スルーしている人も多いような気がする。惜しいと思うが、並ばれ過ぎても困るし…

I ordered a limited 5 meals of "Madai no Tsukimi Donburi Lunch". The daily side dish is fried conger. 950 yen (tax included).
First of all, tea has a good balance of aroma and sweetness and is delicious. It is written as 3rd year bancha, and it takes 3 years from production to commercialization.
The wakame seaweed in the miso soup is also delicious. Perhaps this is also a good wakame seaweed. There are many shops that make tea muddy with appropriate miso soup, so it's hard to say that you'll be so enthusiastic. The lady next to me also told the clerk that it was delicious, but she just nodded.
And if you break the raw egg on the signboard, you will find that it is thick and thick. You can tell that it is delicious only by the visuals, but if you sprinkle it on the red sea bream, the richness will increase and the food will progress. This does accumulate. The fried conger of the side dish is thick, so the balance with it is also good.
I wanted to try other lunches as well. I met a good store after a long time.
Because of this store, I feel that there are many people who are through. I think it's a shame, but it's a problem if you line up too much ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ しらす丼ランチを食べました。しらすがたくはん入っていて、且つ、たまごもこだわりのたまごで、すごく美味しかったです！いろいろなランチの種類がありましたので、迷ってしまいます。土曜日に行ったんですが、ほぼ満席状態で、人気店であるように思えました。外に長椅子が置いてあったので、平日の昼間は待つことがあるのかもしれません。また来たいと思える店でした。今度は、しらす丼以外にチャレンジしたいと思います。

まずは鍋。
次いで蕎麦orラーメン。
そしてちょい前から流行りつつあるTKG。
ちょっと前振りが強引と思っても口にしちゃいけませんよ。お姉さんとの約束です。
誰がお姉さんやねん。
と言う訳で、早朝6時半から開いている貴重なこちらのお店。
屋号の通り、新鮮卵での卵かけご飯を中心として、サイドメニューを楽しめます。
頂き方も、専用醤油あり専用塩あり、シラスあり海苔ありと至れり尽くせり。
謎マシーンによる、メレンゲ卵かけご飯まで頂けちゃいます。
しかし、私めとしては納豆TKGが好みなんですって本当に面倒くさいおっさんだなお姉さんに嫌われるぞおい。

However, for me, I like Natto TKG, which is really annoying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2020.11.12 朝7時 近所に用事があり、プラプラしてたらこちらのお店を発見。個人のお店？で朝食を提供されてるのが新鮮で迷わず入店。朝定食が500円（税込）。ご飯 味噌汁がおかわり自由という何とも親切なお店でした。店内はとても綺麗に保たれており、気持ちよく食事を摂る事が出来ました。お店の店主と思わしき方も、とても丁寧な方で、これはもう間違いなく美味しいと確信。
見た目は地味なセットでしたが、各々どれも美味しく、おかずでご飯を一杯、卵かけご飯でもう一杯、しっかり美味しく頂きました。とても美味しかったです。
近所に立ち寄った際はまたお伺いさせて頂きます。ごちそうさまでした。
