★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 外壁塗装を依頼しました。予定表通りに業者が来ないので、担当者に連絡したら今日は来ないとの返答。前もって連絡はありません。次の日は来るのだろうと思って待っていても、また誰も来ません。連絡もありません。 予定が変更になったなら、当然施主に連絡してくるべきだと思うのですが？ 工程がずれたので塗装も夕方にされて、乾かないから匂いがきつくて、食事も外食しました。帰っても匂いがきつくて、大変でした。 契約するまでは、きちんとしてたのですが残念です。私は二度と頼みません。

There is no contact in advance. Even if I wait for the next day to come, no one will come again. There is no contact. Should I contact the owner if the schedule changes? Because the process was off, the painting was done in the evening, and because it didn't dry, the smell was strong and I ate out. Even when I got home, the smell was so strong that it was hard. Until I signed the contract, it was neat, but I'm sorry. I will never ask again.
