★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 小さな家でも、地鎮祭から棟上げまで一つ一つの工程も大切にしてくれる、素敵なお店です。2年目点検もしっかり見て頂き、建てる前から沢山わがまま聞いて頂きました。今でも気軽に何でも相談できるのは、ほんと安心できます。
It's a wonderful shop, even in a small house, where every single process from groundbreaking to building is valued. I had a good look at the inspection in the second year and listened to a lot of selfishness before building it. Even now, it's really reassuring that you can feel free to consult anything.

建ててからは冷たいですね。
建ててからは「客」じゃないからかな。
個人工務店なだけに、ちょっとしたミスなんかも多いです。
こちらが気付けば対応してくださいますが。
まだまだスタッフの教育が行き届いていないのか、それぞれに任せているのかは不明だけれど報連相が下手。
あと、感覚の違いかただのザルなのか 所々いい加減だな〜と感じる部分があるのが残念。
とくにお金のことはちゃんとして欲しい。
そちらは扱い慣れてる数字かもしれないけれど、こちらは一生に一度の大きな買い物。
こちらに寄り添ってもらえず、配慮が足りないと感じる部分が多かったです。
…と、気になる部分が多々ありましたが、建てていただいた家は大満足です。
とてもいい仕事をしてくださる会社です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最初はお店の前を通りかかった時に雰囲気が好きでビビっと来たのでお話だけでもと思って伺いました！
その後
素材にこだわっていることを知り日本の木の家、珪藻土、デザイン、風の通り道を考えて建てること。が気に入りこちらに決めました。
住む人の生活に寄り添ってじっくり話を聞いて間取りを考えてくださり、お金の使い方、借りすぎて生活ができなくならない金額内で建てられるよう妥協する場所こだわりたい場所を一緒に考えてくださったり、、、
本当に家族に寄り添って家作りをしてくださる工務店さんでした！
ただお金の件に関しては事細かに生活費をだしたり貯金額を提示したり、、、少し入り込み過ぎかなと感じる部分があり途中で打ち合わせをお断りさせてもらいましたが、、、
建てていただいた家は本当に住み心地よく、
じっくり話を聞いてくださっただけあって生活動線最高です。欲しいものが欲しい場所にある！
こだわりも上手に取り入れてくださっただけあって自粛期間もおうちで過ごすのが苦痛ぢゃない。ずーっといれます^ ^
珪藻土もいい！
そのうち2階もしたいです！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ まだ子供が小さい頃に各メーカーや工務店のオープンハウスを見に行ってました。
その全てで子供がぐずってしまいましたが、偶々入ったこちらのオープンハウスでは本当に居心地よさそうに過ごしてました。
そんな縁を始めとして建築に不向きな土地であったにも関わらず、そのすべての問題に柔軟に対応いただいたり、希望金額に収まるよう建てるこちらが望む以上に真摯かつ丁寧に何度も打ち合わせを頂きました。
地鎮祭から引き渡しまでの要所要所でもしっかりと対応いただき、また引き渡し後からが本当のお付き合いの言葉通りにマルシェやフェスの案内を頂き、可能な限り参加させていただきました。
もう10年になりますが、建ててからの点検も素人目では分からない所も十二分に見ていただき、修理必須や経過観察の切り分けも的確なアドバイスで非常に助かりました。
また、水のトラブルがあったときでもすぐに対応いただいたり、8年目でエクステリアを依頼した際も見積もりの提示や職人の手配等迅速に対応いただき、予定期日を厳守していただきました。
今までも、そしてこれからも信頼できる家のプロフェッショナルであり、大切なパートナーです。

建築実例を見れば分かるような、小さいな工務店といこともあり、細かいところまで融通を聞いていただける家造りをしてもらえます。
口コミで建築後のフォローに不満を持たれている方もおられるようですが、我が家は１年、5年、10年点検やその他の連絡など、丁寧な対応とフォローをして頂いております。
点検報告書も写真付きの書類を頂き満足しております。
新築検討されている方は、建てる建てない別にして一度話を聞きに行く価値ありです。
