最初にお冷やが出てきますが、水ではなく、ルイボスティーでした。美味しくて飲み干しました。
前菜は野菜たっぷりで、4種ほど。そのうち1品は自家製のフォッカッチャ。温かかったらもっと美味しいだろうと思ったけど、ほかの前菜と合わせて盛られている都合かしら。
選べるパスタはタリアッテレのクリームソース系を選択。大好きなカルボナーラに似た味付けで、自分としては大満足。
本日のおすすめパスタはモツァレラチーズがたっぷりかかったスパゲッティーニのトマトソース。これまたトマトソースとチーズが好きなら間違いない味。
デザートは一口サイズのスイーツが3品、可愛らしくて、写真を撮らずにいられない一皿。
これにドリンクがついて(もちろんパスタは1品)、1600円でした。
また行きたいね～とみんな思うような居心地の良さでした。
Lunch use.
The first chill came out, but it was not water but rooibos tea. It was delicious and I drank it up.
The appetizer is full of vegetables. One of them is homemade focaccia. I thought it would be more delicious if it was warm, but maybe it was served with other appetizers.
Select pasta with Tagliatelle cream sauce. The seasoning is similar to my favorite Carbonara, and I am very satisfied with it.
Today's recommended pasta is tomato sauce with spaghettini with plenty of mozzarella cheese. If you like tomato sauce and cheese, this is definitely a taste.
The dessert has 3 bite-sized sweets, a cute dish that you can't help but take photos.
It was 1600 yen with a drink (of course, one pasta).
I felt like I wanted to go again.

スパゲティはちょっと味が濃いと感じるので、フォカッチャ頼めば良かったかなと思います。ワインには合いそうなので今度はディナーに行きたいです。

あちらでは客席から見えるキッチンで、よく悪口や荒い言葉づかいが聞こえてきたので店主の人柄は良く無いと記憶しています。(スタッフの女の子達が可哀想だった)
味は美味しいのだけど、同じ店主だと聞くとリピートはないかな…。
I was surprised to hear that it was a move from a certain Italian restaurant.
I remember that the owner's personality was not good because I often heard bad words and rough words in the kitchen that I could see from the audience seats. (The girls on the staff were pitiful)
The taste is delicious, but when I hear that they are the same owner, I wonder if there is a repeat ...

ボロネーゼスパゲッティも、牛テール肉でとろとろ。ハンバーグに添えてある岩塩は、肉の品質の自信の証拠でしょう。
お値段以上のご満足度でした。（スパゲッティコース1600円 ハンバーグコース1800円）
ドルチェが、見た目気合い入っていた割には、普通の味(既製品ぽいかな)で残念。

It's a shame that Dolce has a normal taste (ready-made), despite the fact that it looks enthusiastic.

今回で3回目の食事でしたが、我が家のおすすめは牡蠣のクリームパスタです！すごく美味しかったです！トマト系のパスタも美味しかったです！どれも美味しかったです！
オーナーのお店や食に対する思いもグッと来ました。また行きたいな！
