仲	仲井格 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いよいよプリウスPHVが発売され、ネッツに行きました。試乗が出来ると言うことで、後日にて約束をしました。貴重な日曜日に時間を空けて、ウキウキしながら試乗しに行きました。約束の時間の5分前に行きましたが、営業マンが他のお客さんの対応をしていました。約束したよね?と、少し違和感を感じましたが、ずっと楽しみにしていたので、試乗出来るし我慢することにしました。ところが、試乗車はまだショールームに置いてあったので、他の営業マンが慌てて外に出してくれました。あとは自由にどうぞって感じで、1人で試乗しに行くことになりました。発車しても、期待していたモーターの加速や静かな音ではなく、どう考えてもエンジンで動いている感じでした。信号で止まったので、燃料計を確認すると目盛りが全くなくガス欠状態でした。電気は?と思い、EVの切替スイッチを押すと、なんと、電気も空っぽではありませんか。怖くなって、すぐ店に帰ることを余儀なくされました。さすがに腹が立ってネッツに着くや否やすぐに家に帰りました。あとで営業マンから電話があったのですが、半日も経過してかかってきたし、準備不足ですみません!!ですと。｢忘れてたんだろ!!われぇ～٩(๑`ȏ´๑)۶｣もういいわ!!と電話が終了して以来、なんの音沙汰もありません。みなさん、ネッツトヨタ広島店は営業マンの対応がこんな感じで最悪ですから、いくら安くなったとしても、付加価値を求めるのは無理ですよ。トヨタがせっかく良い商品を出しても、第1線の営業マンの心意気が一切ともなわないので、全くもって残念です!! a	apc goto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2020.2.29 11時頃に電話でナビの更新の問い合わせをしました。対応した担当者は男性＊＊さん。こちらで新車を購入して、３年のタイミングでナビの無料更新時期が来たので相談したのに、自分でやれだって。。。。更新するパソコンを置いてないとのこと。結局自分でやりましたが、簡単にできるし、お得意様には絶対に販売店でやっているはず。。。営業マンは地図の更新もします的なことを購入する際には言っていたのに　今後こんなクソな販売店では絶対に購入しない。。。。。。 2020.2.29 At around 11 o'clock, I inquired about updating the navigation on the phone.
