★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日の「町中華で飲ろうぜ」で気になってしまい入店。2人で餃子、春巻、坦々麺、半チャーハンを発注。
餃子:
具ではちきれそう、野菜たっぷりで美味しい。
春巻:
極薄の皮がパリッパリ、椎茸の旨味が真っ先に口に飛び込んできた。これは...美味い！
坦々麺:
ピリ辛で優しい味。妻が無言ですすっている。
半チャーハン:
半分どころか、1人前弱はある量。優しい味で美味しい。
というわけで、春巻を追加で発注...^^;
どのメニューも共通して、マイルドな味付けで、油っぽさがなく、後味があっさりしている。
お値段も良心的ですよ。
I entered the store because I was worried about "Let's drink in the town Chuka" the other day. Two people ordered dumplings, spring rolls, tantanmen and half fried rice.
Gyoza:
It seems to be diced with ingredients, and it is delicious with plenty of vegetables.
Spring Rolls:
The ultra-thin skin was crisp, and the taste of shiitake mushrooms jumped into my mouth first. This is... delicious!
Tantan noodles:
Spicy and gentle taste. My wife is silent.
Half fried rice:
Far from half, there is a certain amount for one serving. It has a gentle taste and is delicious.
So, I ordered an additional spring roll...^^;
All menus have a mild flavor, no oiliness, and a light aftertaste.
The price is also conscientious.

日替わり定食（麻婆豆腐定食）大盛り（800円）を注文。町中華らしい麻婆豆腐に舌鼓。あー食った！
Kamata, a fierce battlefield in the town of China. 7 minutes walk from Keikyu Kojiya station. Yukihide, a nice Chinese town in a corner of a residential area.
I ordered a large serving of daily set meal (mapo tofu set meal) (800 yen). Enjoy the mapo tofu that is typical of Chinese food in town. I ate it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平日ランチタイムに訪問しましたがほぼ満席の様子。初回は日替わりの回鍋肉定食を、2回目はチャーハンセットをいただきました。
ご夫婦で一生懸命料理作ってますがお客さんが多いので料理出てくるまで結構待ちました。でも料理持ってきてくれる時に何度もお待たせしてしまってすいませんって言われるのでこちらが恐縮してしまいます。
回鍋肉は特筆するものは無いですが丁寧に作られていると思います。
チャーハンはしっとり系なのでパラパラなのが好きな人にはお勧めしません。
セットのワンタンスープは坦々味にしましたが、ピリ辛であっさり系。ワンタンはとても美味しいですし、チャーハンもスープもボリュームあるのでお腹一杯です。

Fried rice is moist, so I don't recommend it to people who like fried rice.
The wonton soup in the set was tasty, but it was spicy and light. Wonton is very delicious, and the fried rice and soup are voluminous, so I'm full.
