★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 土日祝は正午から営業してるので、一人でしっぽり日本酒を嗜むにはうってつけの場所。
日本酒専門店とだけあって日本酒の種類も豊富で自分に合う日本酒を見つける場としても良い。
料理メニューは日本酒に合うしょっぱめで少しずつつまむメニューが殆ど。
日本酒は全て100mlの容器で提供され、通常の居酒屋で同じもの頼むとしたら3〜5割くらい安いかなという感じ。その代わり料理メニューはかなり高いので、ガッツリ食べに行ってはいけない。
Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are open from noon, so it's a perfect place to enjoy sake by yourself.
As it is a sake specialty store, there are many types of sake, and it is a good place to find a sake that suits you.
Most of the food menus are salty and slightly squeezed with sake.
All sake is served in 100ml containers, and if you order the same sake at a regular izakaya, it's about 30 to 50% cheaper. Instead, the food menu is quite expensive, so don't go out to eat.

メニューが自分のスマホでテーブル毎のQRコードを読み込んでWEBで注文するのは面白いです。
ただ、サイトのデザインや注文がしにくかったりでまだまだ工夫の余地がある様に思います。
コスパが良く、スタッフさんの応対もとても良いですが金曜の夜はお酒の注文から届くまでに時間が結構かかっていました。
料理はともかく、お酒の提供スピードはもう少し上げていただければと思いました。
料理にちょっとしたミスがあってもすぐに対応していただけた事には感謝です。
一緒に行った後輩も気に入ってくれ、また近い内に訪問させていただきます。

It is interesting to read the QR code for each table on your smartphone and order online.
However, I think there is still room for ingenuity because it is difficult to design and order the site.
The cospa is good and the staff are very friendly, but on Friday night it took quite a while to get the sake from the order.
Regardless of the food, I hope that the speed of serving sake will be increased a little more.
I am grateful that even if I made a small mistake in cooking, I was able to respond immediately.
The juniors I went with also liked it, and I will visit you soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 主力は居酒屋でしょうが二件の高級寿司店も運営してる企業が、「本格寿司食べ放題キャンペーン」を開催中と聞き、魚の目利きや、鮮度、ネタの取り扱いのノウハウに期待して来訪。
ところが最初に出てきた本マグロは画像のように傷んで黒く変色しており、味も生臭くてガッカリ。活き〆カンパチにしても本当に活き〆してますか。この色になるのは相当のことです。冷凍モノの解凍ミスか、温度管理がよほど悪いのでは。
兎に角この握りはたまたま?と本マグロや本マグロ炙りをもう八貫ほど注文しても、黒く変色してるか生臭いまま提供され以降は期待できずと回避。注文が一番多いと予想される本マグロがこの質でした。
また、魚類に至っては基本的なネタの切りつけが悪いです。かなり薄く切りつけしようとしてミスし、二つにブツ切れしてしまったネタをパタパタと強引に乗せてしまう、穴あきしてシャリが見えてしまうような薄いネタをそのまま乗せる。
何より食べ放題の量を捌くためか、大量に切りつけたまま長らく常温で放置されてた(室内も暖房ガンガンで暑いくらいです)であろうカンパチや鯛は、既に乾燥してしまい食感から不快を感じるなど、「良いものを提供して顧客の満足度を高めリピーターになって欲しい」精神は店側から感じませんでした。
よって高級寿司店を運営してるノウハウは居酒屋の食べ放題では生かされておらず、「本格寿司の食べ放題」と銘打ちながら回転寿司にも大きく劣ってます。一人三千円払うなら回転寿司に行ったほうが幸せです。他の店舗は分かりませんけどね。
そして男性トイレは今どき珍しく洗浄便座ではありません。事情あって仕方ないとしても、小便器に立つ目線には埃が蓄積されており定期的な清掃、指導も行き届いてないと感じました。
辛口になりましたが唯一の救いは店員の対応の良さです。どなたも明るくフットワークが抜群に良かった。ここは付け加えておきます。

Does this grip happen to happen? Even if I ordered about 8 pieces of bluefin tuna and roasted bluefin tuna, I couldn't expect it after it was served with a black discoloration or a fishy smell. This quality was the quality of the bluefin tuna, which is expected to receive the most orders.
Also, when it comes to fish, the basic material is not cut well. I made a mistake trying to cut it quite thinly, and forcibly put the material that was cut in two, and put the thin material that makes a hole and makes the rice sushi rice visible.
Amberjack and sea bream, which may have been left at room temperature for a long time with a large amount of cuts (the room is also hot with heating), are already dry and unpleasant from the texture, probably because of the amount of all-you-can-eat. I didn't feel the spirit of "I want you to provide good products, increase customer satisfaction, and become a repeater."
Therefore, the know-how of running a high-class sushi restaurant is not utilized in all-you-can-eat izakaya, and although it is called "all-you-can-eat authentic sushi," it is significantly inferior to conveyor belt sushi. If you pay 3,000 yen per person, it would be happier to go to conveyor belt sushi. I don't know about other stores, though.
And men's toilets are not a washing toilet seat, which is rare nowadays. Even if I couldn't help it due to circumstances, I felt that dust had accumulated on the line of sight standing on the urinal and that regular cleaning and guidance were not perfect.
It became dry, but the only salvation is the good response of the clerk. Everyone was bright and the footwork was outstandingly good. I will add here.
