ドイツにも眼鏡店は複数ございましたが販売価格や修理費用は日本の2,3倍かかってしまうことがわかり、ダメ元で購入したグラスファクトリー堀江店にメールで問い合わせたところ、わずか2週間で完全修復してくださいました。
ちょうどドイツから日本に帰国する知人がいたため、彼に眼鏡を託し、ちょうど眼鏡の修理が完了する頃にドイツに訪れる予定があった日本の友人が修理品を持って来てくださいました。
これまで全てのメールのやりとりが非常に迅速且つ丁寧にご対応いただき、海外からのややこしい要望だったにもかかわらず本当に感謝しております。
また日本に帰った時には必ずお伺いさせていただきます!!本当にありがとうございました。
 I currently live in Germany, but the other day, my two eyeglass vines were broken by my carelessness.
There were several eyeglass stores in Germany, but it turned out that the selling price and repair costs would be 2-3 times higher than in Japan, and when I inquired about the glass factory Horie store I bought from the source, it was complete in just 2 weeks I repaired it.
There was an acquaintance who returned to Japan from Germany, so I entrusted him with glasses and a Japanese friend who had planned to visit Germany when the eyeglasses were repaired brought us a repair.
We have been very grateful for all the e-mail exchanges that have been handled very quickly and politely, despite the complicated requests from overseas.
