めちゃ濃厚で美味しかったです?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 藤沢駅から少しだけ離れてるけど、東電の交差点近くのグラッチェガーデンズの裏手を目指せば駅から歩いて５分くらいのものです。
お店は決して広くはないけど、テーブル席なら８人は座れると思います。１人もしくはカップルならカウンターでマスターの料理の段取りを見ながらワインを楽しむのがいいと思います。
マスターは素材に結構拘りがあり、トリッパ、豚のソテーバルサミコソースなどは出来がかなりのものです。〆のパスタも文句なしです。しらすのペペロンチーノやゴルゴンゾーラのペンネはかなりお勧めです。
藤沢で残ってほしい店の一つです。
It's a little far from Fujisawa station, but if you aim at the back of Gracce Gardens near the intersection of TEPCO, it's about 5 minutes on foot from the station.
The shop isn't big, but I think eight people can sit at the table. If you are alone or a couple, you should enjoy wine while watching the master's cooking setup at the counter.
The master is very particular about the ingredients, and the trippers, sautéed pork balsamic sauce, etc. are quite good. The pasta of 〆 is also perfect. Shirasu's Peperoncino and Gorgonzola's penne are highly recommended.
This is one of the stores I want you to stay in Fujisawa.
