事前に直接店舗へ電話して
送迎可能なエリアなのか確認しました。
送迎料1000円で可能との回答頂きました。
クーポンを利用したかったので
そのまま電話で予約せず、ネット予約にして
送迎お願い致しますと記載しました。
折り返し電話があり
トリミングの時間を決めたのですが
送迎については何も言われず終話。
送迎して頂けるか不安だったので
当日の朝に店舗へ直接電話し確認しました。
女性の方が対応されたのですが…
送迎で入ってないとの説明と共に
店は一切悪くない
貴方が悪いと言わんばかりの言い訳。
お詫びもありません。
私はどちらが悪いと言い合いたい訳でも
お詫びが欲しい訳でもなく
送迎含めトリミングをして欲しいだけなので…
予約してた日時に
送迎含めトリミング出来るか聞いたところ
人手が足りず出来ませんとの事でした。
こちらも折り返し電話頂いた際に
確認してなかったので
仕方ないなと思い別日に変更頂きました。
その数分後に折り返し電話があり
『店長に確認したところ、距離が遠く送迎出来ないので、予約キャンセルしてください』
と言われました。
あんなに確認したのに！と思いましたが、そんな店に大事な家族を預けれないです。
とても気分を悪くしただけでした。
今後利用する事はないです。

When I received a call back
Because I did not check
I changed it on another day because I could not help it.
A few minutes later there is a call back
"After confirming with the store manager, the distance is too far for transportation, so please cancel your reservation."
They said.
I checked it like that! I thought, but I can not leave my important family in such a store.
I only felt very sick.
I will not use it from now on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こぢんまりしたお店ですが、オーナーのこだわりで集めたグッズやおやつ、フードなどが清潔感のある店内に。探してたものも合って、さらに、急なお願いで足裏カットと爪の手入れもしていただき、大満足です。家から遠いのが少し残念。近かったら頻繁に伺いそう。
