R	Ruru K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とにかく段取りが悪かったです。一ヶ月以上前に予約をし、どんな衣装がいいのか何度も相談し衣装合わせ当日を迎えたのですが、、担当の方は全く準備をしておらず滞在していた２時間、ボケーっと担当女性が準備するのをただただ待っていた感じでした。こちらも忙しい中伺わさせていただいたのですが、、、担当の方は準備もせず、一体何をして一ヶ月過ごしていたのでしょうか、、準備に時間をかけているお客様の気持ちになってください。挙げ句の果てに見たいとお願いしていた衣装も「クリーニングに出しちゃいまして〜」との一言で終わり。ほんと何を考えているのでしょうかね、、もう呆れるばかりでした。お借りする当日もなんのフォローもなくほんとうに準備されているのかも不安になりました。予約確認の電話一本もする時間はないのでしょうか？お借りしたバッグは袱紗も入らず困りました。結婚式に行くとお伝えしたのに、、、トータルしておもてなしの心、優しさを感じる事のできない衣装屋さんでした。新潟市でお着物を借りる際にこちらにお願いする事は二度とないです。もっと衣装屋さんを調べるべきでした。 Anyway, the setup was bad.
