★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大晦日に行きました。肉は美味しかったけど、堀こたつ席の通路に置いてあった石油ファンヒーターの熱風に脱いだ靴が溶けて変形してしまい履けなくなってしまいました。あんな場所に石油ファンヒーター置いたら良くないです。

頼んだお肉2皿まったくこない、最初にきたのはビールとご飯だけ…そっから15分くらい放置。おかしいと思わないのか？おしぼり出さない、タレも出さない、アミも全然交換してくれない！！！！（後から来た家族ずれのとこは交換しますか聞いて交換してた）4回くらい全部こっちから声かけないと何も持ってきてくれなかったんだが？終始不快で最悪な食事だった。せっかく家族にご馳走してあげたくて楽しい食事したかったのに。韓国のりくれたけどもう高度な事は頼まないから最低限のことはしてくれよ。研修の女の子いろんな席で頭下げてて可哀想だった。私達の席は別の女性スタッフが注文とりにきてたんだが……ご飯だけ持ってきて変だなとかマジで何も思わなかったのか？？？？？？？？
普段レビューなんて書かないがあまりにも不快だったので書くために登録しました。

I got Korean, but I don't ask for advanced things anymore, so please do the minimum. It was pitiful for the training girl to bow her head at various seats. Another female staff member came to pick up our seat ... Did you really think that it was weird to bring only rice? ?? ?? ?? ?? ?? ?? ??

コロナ禍だからなのか、店員さんの対応がとても素っ気ないです。
席の案内も、小さい声で聞こえないし、注文したくて呼んでも全く来ませんでした。
頼んだ料理を忘れてても謝らずに「用意すれば良いでしょ？」みたいな態度。
私たち以外の客は一組しかいないのにやる気なさすぎでは？
このご時世潰れますよ？
もう来ることもないですけど、海外の方を雇うのは構わないですけど、社員教育しっかりした方がいいと思います。
