震災前はよく地元スーパーの店内で実演販売を行っていて
焼きたてが購入出来たものでしたが。
焼きたてはビスケットのような柔らかさが有って
せんべいとは全く違った触感があり。
焼く時の匂いが購買意欲を掻き立てられ
売り切れ御免で早じまいの時もよくあったようでした。
