その事を電話で伝えたところ、責任者らしき男性から「塩味が分かるように作っているが、不快な思いをさせて申し訳ない」と返答あり。塩味強すぎるため食べられないので、別のものへ交換して欲しいと伝えた上で再度お店へ向かいましたが、対応してくれたのは売り子さんのみ。責任者らしき男性は謝罪どころか全く姿を現さず。売り子さんの対応は素晴らしいですが、口先だけの謝罪しか出来ない責任者では信用できません。もっと消費者の側に立てる一般社会人としての常識を持っていただきたいです。今まで何度も利用させていただきましたが、もう行くことはないですね。

I couldn't eat it because it was too salty, so I told him that I would like to exchange it for another one, and then went to the store again, but only the seller responded. Far from apologizing, the man who seems to be in charge does not appear at all. The seller's response is great, but I can't trust the person in charge who can only apologize by mouth. I would like you to have common sense as a general member of society who stands on the side of consumers. I've used it many times, but I'm not going anymore.
It is very disappointing.
