焼き芋屋さんもされておられます。
焼き芋の天ぷらも思っていた以上に美味しかったです。
モチモチの食感はやはり冷たいおうどんに限ります。
が、温かい揚げナスのおうどんも絶品。ネギがてんこ盛りで思わず声が。
コロナ禍の中、衛生面にもかなり気を使われて営業されてます。
ご馳走さまでした。
お店の外観もチャーミングです。

確かに、もっちもちのおうどん。赤ちゃんのおしりくらい柔らかいうどんですが、弾力が凄いんです。なるほど…これが圧力釜で茹でた全粒粉入り国産小麦粉なのか。期待以上美味しさでした。更にはでっかい鶏天が2個と、4種5点の野菜天たちと半熟卵天。この天ぷらがまたボリューム一杯なのです。この620円はお得だと思いました。お支払いに電子マネーが使えるの嬉しいです。最初うどんの量少な目???と思ったけど、天ぷらと一緒に頂けば、そこそこお腹にくるボリュームでした。

いろんなメニューに目移りしながら「合鴨ネギうどん」を選択。大正解でした?
おつゆの出汁がしっかりきいていていけないと思いつつ、ついついレンゲで何度も掬って味わってしまいました?笑
合鴨のチャーシューもさっぱりしているのに噛むたび肉の旨味があふれてきて満足感すごいです!
全体的に好みの一杯でしたが、中でも麺が今まで食べたことないくらいツルツルのもっちもちで最高でした!
だからといって単純に量が多いというわけでもなく、女性でも食べ終わった後に美味しかったー!で終われるくらいだと思います。
追加した厚焼き玉子も優しいお味で箸が進みました〜?
なんでもっと早く行かなかったんだ!と後悔するくらいすべてが美味しかったです?✨
次は多くの方が注文されていたざるうどんと天ぷらのセットをいただきたいですし、併設されているお芋屋さんのやられている時期に来てみたいなと思いました!

鶏天が大きくてムネモモどちらも美味しいです、鶏天盛り合わせがオススメです
香露うどんは甘めの出汁という案内でしたが想像よりは甘くなく、ほんのり甘めの醤油出汁という感じで美味しかったです
ざるうどんは出汁椀が大きくて、天ぷらを入れながら食べやすかったです
少々遠いのですがリピ確定✨
知人にも勧めたら美味しいと好評でした

圧力釜で茹でる、という他にない茹で方の為、全体はもっちりしていて歯切れも良い、例えるならば「ういろう」のような食感です。
同じうどんと言っても、さぬきうどんの腰の強さや歯応えとは別物です。
出汁は、醤油の勝った辛めの関東の出汁とは異なり、かなり甘めです。
ただし、ナスの煮浸しのようなメニューは、しっかり辛いですよ。
この辺り、好みで好き嫌いが分かれると思います。(評価の良し悪しは、実際食べた方の好みにより二分されると思います。)
以上を了解の上で頂けば、なかなか美味しかったと思う方が多くなるでしょう。
お店も奨める「さつま芋の天ぷら」は、"厚切り"を強くお勧めします。(薄切りをオーダーすると、きっと後で後悔します)
