家族経営で、長年お世話になっています。奥さんは淡々としていますが、特段嫌味もありません。
ここのコロッケは私の中で一番！
たまにスジ肉が出てきてコリっとするのも美味しい、甘めで冷めても美味しいのがまたここのウリです。
ムカシは50円くらいやったけど、だいぶ値上がりしましたね。でも美味しいから近くに寄った際は必ず買います。
時間帯によってはフライコーナーが混んでいて時間かかりますが、空いていたら15個頼んでも数分で揚がります。
牛肉は一頭買いをしているみたいです。店内に今日おろしている肉の仕入れ先や牛の種類など貼ってあります。牛肉は少しお高いめやけど、安定のお味。
