院長先生はとても良く話を聞いてくださり、説明やアドバイスもとても丁寧ですが、
神森先生という方は、話もきちんと聞いてくれない、説明やアドバイスもなく、ただ薬を飲みましょうといったとても淡白な感じです。
こちらがいろいろと説明をしようとしても、早く帰したいというような態度で、きちんと聞いてくれず、こちらの話の否定すらされます。
いろいろと持論をお持ちなのはわかりますし、医師により専門知識や診察スタイルに違いがあるのは理解していますが、
患者の話を聞かない、具体的なアドバイスもない、次回いつ受診すれば良いかも伝えてくれない、こんなにひどい対応をされたのは初めてでした。
前回は院長先生に診てもらいましたが、その情報共有も特にされていないようです。
こちらが言わないと継続の薬も出してもらえない始末です。
受診される際は、緊急でなければ病院に事前に連絡をし、医師が誰かを確認することをおすすめします。
院長先生は学会などでお忙しいらしく、スケジュール通りいらっしゃらない場合もあるそうです。
院長先生、看護師さん、受付の方はとても感じのいい方々なので、これからは院長先生の日を選んで受診したいと思います。
他の先生はまだ診てもらったことがないのでわかりませんが、神森先生にだけは今後絶対に診てもらいません。
病院に行く意味がありません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 院長の診察がマジで最悪だった。喉の痛みと咳で診察したが(ちなみにコロナワクチン2度接種完了済、発熱は無いことは事前に報告済み)、入ってすぐに「それでは症状の経緯を教えてください」と言われたので、発症した日付から症状(喉の痛みがあり、咳、発熱はない、胸は痛くない、夜寝るとき咳が酷い)などを説明したが、合間合間に「いや、そういうのを聞きたいんじゃなくて、痛みが強くなっていってるのか弱くなってるのか聞きたいんですよ？」とか、「いや、そういうこと聞いてるんじゃなくて、〜」っていうのを症状説明中に、3回も言われて、はぁぁぁああ！？ってなった。だったらお前から聞きたいこと絞って最初から質問してこいや！！ですよ。報告して。って自由に喋らせといて、途中で「そんなことは聞きたいことじゃ無い。」っていう医者います！！？？しかも特段変な事言ってる訳でもなく、只々普通に症状を説明しただけなのに、、本当に凄い医者がいたもんだとびっくりしました。もう話すのも嫌になってとりあえずさっさと咳止めだけもらって帰りました。唯一、受付の方々や同じ階にある薬局の方々は感じの良い、まともな対応でした。

他のレビューにもあるように看護師さんはとても優しく良い方ばかりです。問題は大森という医師です。
インフルエンザワクチンのために行きましたが、医師の問診の際の態度が最悪。コロナのワクチンを打った際に何かありましたか、という質問に、確かに痛みはあったものの特に何が起きたわけではないので特にないですと回答したところ、痛みもなかったんですか、と聞かれました。そこで痛みはあったが異常な症状は見られなかった旨伝えると、痛みも質問の "何か"に当てはまり、それなら何かあったと答えるのが正しいというお説教をされました。確かに、あったと答えるのが正しかったかもしれません。ただ、それを伝える際の態度、質問の仕方、他にもあると思います。
ワクチンのためだけに電車に乗るのも、と思い、家から近くを選びましたが、もう二度と行きません。

…が、レビューを見て予約が取れた理由がなんとなく分かりました。
期待せずに行きましたが、X線のおばさんの対応がまず良くない。
貴方にとっては毎日飽き飽きな作業かもしれませんがこちらとしては、初来院・年に一度の大事な検診ですので、もー少し明るく親切に対応したほうがいいですよ。
採血や視力聴力検査の若い方、診察のO先生の対応は普通に良かったです。
仕方なく行ったけどもう行かなくて済むよう気をつけます。

看護師さんが親切なので、看護師さんに免じて星2。
お医者さんも親切だけに、受付や電話対応があまりにひどく、残念。
対人間であること、受け答え、考えたほうがいいですよ。
最終的にこちらも顔に出てしまったかもしれませんが、かなり対応がまずいことに気付いてないことが不憫です。
あーあの患者むかつくー！くらいの仕事しかしてないんでしょうね。
そういう思いをするのはあなたの対応次第なのですよ。
お仕事をお仕事としてやってほしいですね。
もう行かないですが、結果が無事送付されることを願っています。
