看護師さんや受付の方々も親切です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 紹介状を持って不安なまま来院し、受付にてお薬手帳お持ちですか？と聞かれたがアプリであります。と答えた所聞こえなかったのか受付の人に、あ？あ？と上から目線で強めに言われたのは不愉快だった。聞こえないならもう一度お願いします。とか、はい？何でしょうか？と聞くべき。いくら年下の人でも他人なのと、医療事務ならちゃんと言葉使い使うべきなのでは？他のクチコミで受付の人親切と見たが、あ？と聞く受付は親切だと思わない。紹介状で来たから仕方ないが二度と来たくないと思ってしまった。ただ受付は嫌な人が1人いたが看護師、先生はとても丁寧、親切でした。
