ほぼ知識のない状況で伺いましたが、店員さんの対応が良く、わかりやすく説明してもらえたので、安心して手続きを進めることができました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最近トーサイ北上金ヶ崎で中古車を買ったのですが、ドリンクホルダーには謎のベタベタがついていて、シートレールには髪の毛、お菓子の食べかす、泥、輪ゴム、ホコリが詰まっていました。しかも外装でやってほしいと頼んでいた事もやってありませんでした。納車前に車内清掃をしてピカピカになって納車だと思っていたので残念です。写真に写ってるのが先日掃除して出てきたゴミです。
I recently bought a used car at Tosai Kitakami Kanegasaki, but the drink holder had a mysterious stickiness, and the seat rail was full of hair, candy food waste, mud, rubber bands, and dust. Moreover, I didn't do what I was asking for to do with the exterior. It's a shame because I thought it was a shiny car after cleaning the inside of the car before delivery. The one in the photo is the garbage that came out after cleaning the other day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スタッフさんの対応もよく、笑顔が素敵なスタッフさん達です。興味がある車があったので話しをきいてみたら、説明の仕方も上手で分かりやすく、わ〜欲しいな〜と買いたくなってしまいました(笑)店内も綺麗でゆっくりお話しできると思います(*^^*)工場もあるので安心だし、次の車はぜひこちらで買わせていただきたいなと思えるお店でした！
The staff are very friendly and have a nice smile. There was a car I was interested in, so when I asked him about it, the explanation was good and easy to understand, and I wanted to buy it (laughs). I think the inside of the store is beautiful and I can talk slowly. (* ^^ *) There is also a factory, so I'm relieved, and I definitely want to buy the next car here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 合砂っていう人いますが、ロボットみたいだし接客なのに笑顔がない、話しかけても無表情。仕事にむいてないし、ダイエットしたほうがいい。多分どこで働いても使えないやつ。
頼んだのも整備士の方に伝えてなくてやってくれてなかったし。
あと車検で頼んだのですが、作業のわりに料金設定がおかしなとこが結構ある。料金設定の基準がよくわからん。
下回り塗装が2年前の3倍になってる（15000円くらいなので昔が安かっただけ？）
いつも思うが受付の女の人だけは毎回印象が良い。

I didn't tell the mechanic what I asked for.
I also asked for it at the vehicle inspection, but there are quite a few places where the price setting is strange for the work. I'm not sure about the pricing criteria.
The undercoat is three times as much as it was two years ago (it was about 15,000 yen, so it was cheap in the old days?)
As I always think, only the female receptionist has a good impression every time.

車検は早期予約すると安く、待っている間は無料のドリンクコーナーがあるので快適に待てます。
オイル交換会員がとても安く、入らない選択肢は無いと思います。
