I remember opening the store and refueling when the Great East Japan Earthquake struck. The supply network seems to be in place from Eneos. I sometimes use it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ オイル交換をお願いしたら、何も聞かれずに勝手にエレメント、フラッシングまで交換された。エレメントは前回したから必要ないのに言ってもいないものを交換され驚きました。(何もわからないヤツが来たと思ったのでしょう)しかも個人で調べたらフラッシングはすると車に悪いと書いてあって呆れるばかり(あくまでも個人調べです)
When I asked for an oil change, the element and flushing were changed without asking. I was surprised that the element was replaced because I didn't need it because I did it last time. (Maybe I thought that someone who didn't understand anything came.) Moreover, when I looked it up individually, it said that flushing was bad for the car, and I was just amazed (it's just a personal check).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ タイヤ交換の予約をして、交換に行ったら、オイル交換が、必要とかオイルエレメントの交換が、必要とか、親切なのかも知れないけど、お金の掛かる話しばかりしないで欲しい。最後に、一番肝心なナットが交換しないとダメですだって、タイヤ交換に、来てるのだから、ナットの話しが、最初では、無いのかな‼️タイヤ交換2200円、ナット3200円なり合わせて5400円高い交換だった。軽なのに

ガソリンがいつもより値引きされている日は、激混み。
人手不足らしく、洗車頼んで休憩室に居たとき、他のお客が「ものすごく時間かかる？」みたいなことを聞いていました。
店員は「作業自体はすぐ済むんですが、人がいなくて」みたいなことを言っていました。
ちなみに、私の洗車も30分以上待ったかな。
