ただし今の保育園の環境はこんな感じです。
人手不足、離職率多し、児童福祉施設設備運営基準違反なのかな？と思う事もあります。保育士からは疲れのせいか、悲壮感を感じます。子供が噛まれる事も非常に多い。子供を預ける身として今後が不安。
保育の環境改善が早期に求めらます。
Of course there are nice teachers, and I think they are doing their best. I am always grateful for your help.
However, the current environment of the nursery school is like this.
Is it a labor shortage, a high turnover rate, and a violation of child welfare facility equipment management standards? I sometimes think that. I feel sad from the nursery teacher, probably because I am tired. Children are very often bitten. I'm worried about the future as a child.
Improving the environment for childcare is required at an early stage.
