★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 転居に伴い転園しましたが、１年と少しお世話になりました。どの先生もいつもにこやかに子供と接してくださり、安心して通わせることができました。しっかりと保育しながら子供の自主性を尊重して、おおらかに対応してもらいました。連絡も細かにしていただきました。様々な年代の先生がいらっしゃり、研修もしっかりされているのだろうなという印象を受けました。
RICに通わせてもらって１番良かったと思うのは、先生方が子供や親の立場に立って子供の成長を喜んでくださるところです。日々成長していく子供の様子をいろいろな面から捉えて褒めていただいたり、子供の行動の原因を一緒に考えてくださったりして、家庭に寄り添って一緒に保育してくださったことがとてもありがたかったです。
